He is responsible for the entire finance function of the Company with a proven ability to constantly challenge and improve existing processes and systems. He has ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders on detailed financial issues. Providing direction and leadership to planning and accounting staff. His expertise includes analysis of Balance Sheets, profit measurement, Cash Flow statements, carrying out investment appraisal, trend analysis, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, financial operations, taxation, financial accounting, financial modelling to help respond to dynamic market conditions by ensuring compliance and statutory reporting, able to deliver a high standard of financial control, proven ability to manage and develop a financial team, ensuring legal & regulatory compliance relating to tax & others is adhered to., and reporting.
Mr. ROHTASH VERMA is one of the promoters of the Company. He as a Managing Director of the Company, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He has an extensive global experience about four decades in the export business of marine products and other merchandise with a strong track record of driving, executing and managing the business turnarounds. He looks after overall management and operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. He is also instrumental in preparing growth strategies of the Company. He has been devoting his entire time, efforts and energy to develop the Company in all aspects including business planning and analysis of future competition and threats at Global level.
